My stay at Atlas Medina & Spa was a mix of highs and lows. While I enjoyed the spacious room with a massive bed and the proximity to the Menara shopping mall, the poor condition of the facilities and inconsistent service left much to be desired. The experience didn't quite match the expectations set by other five-star hotels in Morocco.
